CGTalk - Saving in Maya

Quick question, I have used Maya for around four years now and am experiencing a new problem. Before, if I saved my scene and then instantly hit save again I would get an error saying "warning no changes to scene" or something like that, no big deal. Now it just keeps saving, I think I hit something by accident, its just annoying cause I keep thinking something is wrong with Maya. Anyone know whats going on?

i think this is just alittle change in the later versions, it may have been preventing some people from saving or something

i have to say, im alittle more paranoid without it myself and end up saving every 2 minuites or so

maybe someone will make a plugin for it XD
