What does this image say to you?

This is a quickie illustration. I'm just wondering if my concept is a little too 'out there'

What do you think it represents? thanks:)

This might help a little. It's for an article relating to career/job advice

I just wanted to give a general context without the article. The image relates to a particular bit of career advice.

I'll wait til I get some more guesses before I reveal. If no one can guess it here, I can guarantee you my editors won't be able to figure it out ;)

Alright, this isn't working as well as I had hoped
The article is about how employees can move up or change careers by 'recreating' or 'reinventing' themselves...changing who they are rather than becoming complacent at their current job.

Does this seem too detached?

I may be getting a little deep, but it seems to me like she has blosom into into a new stage of her life. The way she is spread out appears to be simular to a tree or prehaps a rose or flower of some sort. Whatever it is she display stages and all of them appear to be happy.
