Do you a Topic for us? >>LINK<< (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=145003)

These are the rules:

You have 60, (count them 60!) minutes to do your sketch. IF you go beyond the
assigned time limit , you have to post WHATEVER you have done after the time has
expired, along with the FINAL drawing.
Post only your FINAL piece on this thread, based on the topic on the thread.
Only final pieces can be posted on the thread. They must have been done AFTER the topic has been announced.
RESOLUTION : The image can have any aspect ratio up to 800 x 600
They can be done on any medium.
If you wish, you can add a brief text description about your piece.
Only original compositions. No "tributes" or plagiarizing, unless is it an integral part of the challenge.
You can post an entry at anytime for the topic presented on this thead BEFORE the voting thread for THE WEEK has been posted.
The artist also has to post total length of time it took and program used.
Any piece caught breaking the rules will be taken off the thread.
The topics will be picked at random from the list on the TOPICS thread >>LINK<< (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=145003)
(The author will be given credit). So guys keep them coming.
You can add multiple entries, but please dont post WIP (Unless you intend to update them).
Good luck

-Roberto

I'll have to do this one once I get home from work! For now,
Starrydance: I love the textures in the fur - it looks so soft!
Paperclip:The trees are so nice. I really like the sense of space you've created.

Roberto...
I apologize if I seem rude. I really like the DSG, and when I log on to see the topic I like to see something new. But haven't we already done this one, at least once?

I suggest we keep a list of all the previous topics. A simple text search will tell if a sketch has already been done.

Just my thought.

ok, I went overboard on sparkly.

This one is almost more of a design than a sketch... I feel guilty using so much text!
20 minutes in Photoshop.

About 4.5 hours, PS, Intous 3
Tried to loose up a bit my painting style and tried to go mad with all sorts of brushes,
but after 4 hours I just got to tired to go on.
Anyway, I had lots of fun on this one :)

This is a portrait of Rietje.
Ofcourse I had been in love before, but she made me feel what true love really is. So I consider her my first love...

I might be a bit late to post this sketch, but I was too busy.
We married friday, May 19, 2006... our wedding was yesterday!

This was my first love. I had to work from memory, because I don't have any pictures anymore. I did run into her about eight months ago, so she is pretty clear in my head. I did not mean to make her look sad since she usually has a big smile on her face. I know that this is late, but the topic interested me. Took me two hours with Photoshop and a graphire3.

Oh, guys... such great entries. I'm really glad that my suggestion was accepted for this topic, although I couldn't paticipate with a drawing but it's ok. I'll try to keep up with the next topics! ^^

And Jeroentje, congratulations!
