Hi there,
Thought I'd share this with you as its raised a few smiles around the office.

This is pretty much my first attempt at getting seriously into character animation... so there's plenty wrong with this... still, comments are appreciated :)

Don't worry, no nudity.... but you need your sound on.

well...the animation is a little bit rigid....but the biggest thing that stands out is that the mouth animation is so subtle...especially when saying something so...enthusiastic.

I think that after the initial stomp ("not..have..")he doesn't move side to side AT ALL. Adding just a liiiiiitle sidewas movement would make it more natural.

Thanks for the comments. As it happens, the mouth was the area I was least happy with, and so I've gone back and rebuilt the mouth in a much more cartoony style.
So.... I need to rebuild the morph targets and reskin the model :(

As for the movement, yep that is a good suggestion :)
