Modeled in 3D Studio Max and a little post-production in photoshop. The image is composed with a color render, dirt render and later adjust colors and levels in photoshop.
The model I made the last year and now I have made the finish image.

I'm not a skull expert, but maybe the glossiness is a bit too high?

It depends if its a skull that's just been dug up, or one that has been polished and laquered ready for a classroom.
I think it's a nice image. Well done.

amazing model! Great job the modeling looks very realistic. Nice textures too. I do think it is too shiny tho, no one thinks of a skull being that shiny.

I wanted this level of glossiness for this image, i was searching for a polished look. Anyway, thank you for the constructive critic.
