Cool Concept... how did you make it? I'm just starting to get into 3D and was curious on how you made your concept drawing? Is it all on the computer or do you do some by hand with airbrush?
Thanks!

mmm nice concept.
is that neon glow on the ground or is that your vehicles soooo shiney that it radiates yellow
i think the name "sparrow" isnt quite right as a sparrow is a fairly plain brown bird, what about
"sunbird" or "poco canaria"

Azeiku: Well, its hand drawing, but CG. I use a Tablet PC and SketchBook Pro, the tools are real nice and have a life like feel to them.
SHEPEIRO: You might be right about the name....the yellow, its just to help the feeling of super shiny. :)

Interesting concept indeed, think if it'd belong to any company it probably be peugeot (back has 206 similarities). Good luck 3d'ing the 2d :)

Thanks Guys!
Found time to work on it a bit. Trying to smooth it out and add more detail. I am trying to get some interesting shapes and don't want it to look like a spaceship, but a car.

Hey. The car is looking great so far! As far as the car looking to much like a spaceship; I can see what you’re saying… I wouldn’t worry about it to much though if I was you. I think the reason it looks similar to a craft right now is its lack of doors. From your concept, I can see that you plan on placing some, so I think that problem will be solved when you model (or texture) the doors on.
just my 2cents.
Have an good evening.

Looking at the model today, I can see it needs allot of work. Doors and details will defiantly give it the ‘car look’. I think the back end is not matching my concept. I will need to fix that!
But, this weekend is the North Carolina Anime Con! I must go!:bounce:
