That actually looks nice, at first I thought you could do that already but I guess one view doesn't show the polys when you've got it selected. That could be useful.
But, shouldn't the symmetry be a child of the hyper nurb? :)

Normally this effect is not reachable in C4D. I saw similar matter in LW, but there is normal thing. :)
... similiar rather shouldn't be a child. - final effect is the same :)

Looks good!
that looks cool
and in regard to hn being a child to symetry it really doesnt matter which goes first

It does matter. Sometimes if you have the HN first it will mess up the symmetry seam.

ok i have from Solid , R3 (final) verion. You can download from : http://www.solidcube.host.sk/download/m_camr3.zip
You must only attach your object to "klon" - UserData in M_CAM. Its Xpresso - not plugin.
If you have any comment ... send to author.

as I tunderstand it, (haven't checked the plugin yet) the plugins isn't baout the symmetry by itself, but the fact that you can see the view with eges while modeling, and the second view shows the clean smooth mesh no wireframe and such
The link doesn´t work

I suggest saving these kind of images in gif format (64 colours + dithering) would be perfect clear and little in size.

doesnt that work just by not using the point tool or what ever tool.... the selections remain the same

Deathcarrot: this is not the same. You have two different objects but in M_CAM you can work on common object with two different views. Just try it. :)
and once in a while take a look : http://www.forum3d.kom-net.pl/f3dbb/index.php?md=topic&tid=5518

Kaiskai, my comment on the symmetry was a seperate issue than the plug in. I was just saying that if the nurbs is under the sym then the mesh might get a strange bump down the center and the ends on an unclosed mesh get that little V-indention. You can kind of see both in the first image.
And I like this idea, if we used instances we'd have to set up two locations and it would slow down my computer... :annoyed:
Too bad it's for r8...

QBA_PL,
This is pretty neat. It would be even better if the second camera matched the camera rotation of the first viewport.
