Good start, flour sacks are quite hard. He seems a bit of weight during the walk. Maybe you shouldn't lean the upper part forward to much, it seems to throw him off balance.
When he jumps, he sticks to the board. The anticipation is a little too big and the lower part is left behind a frame too long, I think.
All in all it's a good try. Maybe you can shape the upper and lower part a bit more unequal. That would make for a more charactaristic, bloated character. You could delay the up and speed up the down in his walk and add some squash'n'stretch on the lower part to have him walk like a fat fellow.
Good luck!
