Hi,

I'm just playing around with basic PLA, and i've a sequence where an object expands then clloapses. I've use ctrl on the timeline to copy the keyframes, and then I reversed then about 5 seconds further down the timeline.

The problem is that i find there's a small snimation in those 5 second, even though it's 'morphing' from two indentical keyframes.

Is there a way to prevent any animation between keyframes, or something else I can do to prevent this?

Thanks,

- Kevin

use medium interpolation for version 7 and custom interpolation with edits set to "soft, 50%, clamp right" for version 8.

Some tracks such as PLA and morph seem special in relation to interpolation. In R7 PLA has only the cubic interpolation, while in R8 the linear interpolation by default. Since no problem in R8 if default state, just_p uses R7, I can guess. In R7, small overshoot or undershoot may appear due to the cubic interpolation.
So try morph track, and unfold the track and uncheck "Cubic Interpolation" in the dialog shown with double-click. You could make morph targets using the command "Current state to Object" with the time slider being at the corresponding frame.
