Project was bought by Margaret French Isaac, Vanguard's executive VP of production and development, who set scribe Damian Dibben to pen the script."

Seems the article is somewhat misleading...I used to work at Vangaurd, on the "Valiant" film. I'm not sure how it actually works, but I believe Vanguard Animation is primarily a registered company name with a US office, which is probably the only one that has a permanent address. When Valiant was done, the UK Vangaurd studio closed almost immediately afterwards (the talk was that it would be taken over by Digi-Guys). They were then affiliated with the CG film "Happliy N'Ever After" along with Berliner Film Companie in Berlin (in what way I'm not sure but a lot of former Vanguard peeps were over in Germany working on it). They are now working on "Space Chimps", which is setup in Vancouver Canada. AFAIK, there is currently no physical "Vangaurd Animation Studio" in the UK.
