Tracking is uber important to me navigating around a model... same for everyone I presume... however for some weird reason (I may have inadvertantly played with some settings at some point) I can`t track without using the tool... its like the hotkey/mouse control doesn`t work anymore. I`m not sure if its my mouse or maya, does anyone have any ideas?

see if your caps lock is on if so disable it.

nope that was the first thing I checked... I also deleted my maya preferences... and re-installed the mouse... and tried the mouse on another computer... but it still fails on my workstation

nvm I fixed it... grrr bluetooth mouse... latest update to the mouse software was messing with the settings.
