Climax is continually growing and adding new games into production and now has a fantastic opportunity for a Creative Lead Artist for a stunning new Next Gen Action title for the PS3 and 360. We are based in the historic seaside town of Portsmouth on the South Coast of England.
We seek an artist with a strong sense of visual style and the ability to communicate that style out to the team and make sure it’s implemented consistently. Strong management and diplomacy skills are essential as well as an industry leading set of eyes. The candidate needs to be able to show aptitude in traditional media and a fair technical understanding. A good history and portfolio would be key to gaining the respect of the excellent team that they’d lead. They’ll be working in parallel with an Art Manager and will be required to actually get involved with the production of artwork themselves in order to lead the style with the work they produce.
