Greetings,

I had submitted this to the Finished Works forum several days ago, but it never showed up, and I wanted to have some feedback on this, so I apologize for the duplicates (if it ever gets around to being posted).

This is my latest work. My inspiration for the piece is a painting by WWII artist Tom Lea. The engraving reads: To the Stars through Thorns.

Software Used: XSI, Zbrush and Photoshop.

My only crit, you used greek letters instead of latin.

Would you happen to know where to find a latin font? My searches yield nothing.

It is a greek proverb, but a latin font would be more fitting, as it is a Marine. Thanks.

Hey, coolio, only small crits might be, since your eyes are over exagerated, maybe doing the same with the eyellids, and possibly smoothing out the corners of the mouth.

I don't know if it's a greek proverb or not but the words are not greek, they sound latin to me. As for a latin font, what about Times New Roman? I thought that would be the most obvious choice. There are some other variations but they look mostly the same.
