Quadro FX 4500 vs Quadro FX 3450 will I need a Quadro FX 4500 for using maya like modeling and rendering. Is Quadro FX 3450 enough?

its just viewport display right? does Quadro FX 4500 offer anything more than Quadro FX 3450?m i know its got 512 ram, does does that make much difference? its not like I'm running a game.

I think that's enough ,better get 2 xeon 3.2 cpus and 3 GB Ram or more

I've got a Quadro 3400, and that's rather nice. I think either would be fairly good...

Watch out for the new QuadroFX 1500. It consumes less Watt, yet is almost as powerfull as the 3450 and 4500. With the saved money better get yourself 2 Operon 285's, or wait for the workstation version of Intel's Core2.
