Hey everyone I had a question Im having some pinching in my pants around the crotch area. The question is what is the best way about going and fixing that I have a over all good sim that I have cached out and this is the only problem area im really having. I havent used the resimulate option in maya 7 but there has to be a way to fix this because they didnt have resimulation in maya 6.5 any help would be great. Here are pics of the porblem im having. Thanks

Up the bend resistence and, failing that, mess with the cloth scale? Adjusting the cloth scale can change a lot of stuff, and solve a lot of problems -- but it can create even more.

Failing that, if this problem is a one-off, you can use the bakeCloth.mel script on highend3d to make the cloth into a blendshape, then add a corrective blendshape in at that one point, just to get rid of that wrinkle.
