New version of my XSI export script for Sunflow (http://sunflow.sf.net) is available:

It has a GUI now and can be found under Export in the menu.
Installation:
Plug-in Manager - Plug-ins - Load

There is a small bug in Sunflow at the moment. Only GI-type: IGI works (or all your objects need textures and UVs). Hope they fixed that soon.

Sorry for the lack of updates in this thread. A new version is on my page: http://migaweb.de/downloads.php?id=2

Latest changes:
* small fix for "Expecting type found camera..
* HDRI
* option to export hidden objects/lights/cameras or not (off by default)
* fixed 'no caustics' but still in scene file bug
* output now ordered
* more image settings (jitter, contrast, general image samples)
* reorganized tabs
* windows dll (thanks to janimatic)
