Looking great! Some of your anims are a bit fast. Slow things down a bit and really polish them off. The creep and gun walk have a couple of pops in them. The boxer doesn't seem to have much weight either. Try some more acting pieces, it looks like you can move a character around pretty good.

Your animations look really good. What resources did you use to learn how to animate your figures? I model alot but I have never rigged and animated one of my models.
thanks for taking the time to look, and i appreciate the comments,
as far as what i do or did to get to this point was i look at a lot of reference for the specific animation i wanna do, i also draw it out in small thumbs or mini-boards, then i just move pose-to-pose.
i built a rig in max 4.26 and i animate it. thats all really, i also read some books like animators surivial guide and stuff like that. so really i try to hit pose after pose.
i think my timing is a bit off, but i wanna get into video game animation and i think i am close to doing so? you think so?
well anyway thx for the replies.

I looks like you are on well on your way to get that job you want. Good luck and thanks for your process. Is the Animators Survival Guide at the local Barnes and Noble?
its actually kinda a hard book to find, its hardly in stock but i did get mine at Barnes and Noble, you might have to be on back order to get it, but its worth the wait.
i would also get inspired 3d character animation, that is an excellent book as well as preston blairs cartoon animation book.
i will post more animations up as soon as i finish my rig.
thx for the replies.
here are a few of the actual links to the animations

Very very nice animations. That first one is my favorite, the one with the jump. I dont think youŽll have problems finding a job.
