why is this (http://pages.sprint.ca/yair/files/rotProblem.jpg) happening?

when not rotated (http://pages.sprint.ca/yair/files/rotNormal.jpg) it looks fine.
why do i deserve "the escaping of the bones"

btw.
the envelopes are just fine.

stupied!
next time before posting try turnning off every modifier in the stack to see if they effect the mesh.
next time i will not be this nice...

this leaves me the question
where should i place my flex or what should i temper with inside the flex mod. so itll effect only the vertexs i want
my stack is as follows (top to bottom)

*meshsmooth
*uvmap
*flex
*skin
*poly object

what should i do?

this is not funny...
just make everything else flex>edge vertices
