Wondering if PS can remove Mosaics from pictures.

Do you mean reduce the pixelation of a low quality/resolution image?

If so then there are 2 things I know of which you could try, neither of which will convert your image to high quality, but just might make it look a bit better -

- Apply a Gaussian Blur (sharpen again later if you wish) Please note that this is a highly destructive option and should only be used in desperate situations)

- Use the Reduce Noise filter (CS2 only) & check 'Remove JPEG Artifact' and play with the sliders.
