Title: Under My Bed
Name: Bruno Lopes
Country: Portugal
Software: 3ds max, Photoshop, VRay

This is an image that I’ve made for a 3D contest at http://forum.cgartdomain.com, and the theme was “Under My Bed”. For this image I used 3DsMax for modelling, texturing and lighting and Vray for rendering. All the textures had been painted by hand by me in photoshop.

Excellent atmosphere. Lighting and texturing also great. Very nice idea and great job.

Just an idea, have you thought about putting some bright eyes under the bed?

I like the lighting! I think it would be a darker atmosphere is it were dark outside and maybe a darker lit room. I dont know just more shadowing could really punch the scene and the tenticles...just an idea though! Looks great how it is! keep it up

great lighting! I don't think the overhead light would light up the room that much with the strong sunlight coming through the window.

Excellent work! I like the fact that there is bright daylight coming through the window. Monsters lurk not only at night!

this is pretty nice. I disagree with the current rating, but i like it. I hope you weren't going for a realistic look, as it is very stylized, but its definately a lot better like that. Pretty sweet.

it's not eye catching...but it's good, specialy the lighting, the blurry look of the light coming in from the window...maybe u could change and add colors inside ur scene...good Luck
