Nice Head, not much to say except keeping going!

Looks like it's going great-- except for the bridge of the nose, which is a little too sharp-cornered, and the mouth. Make sure the corners of the mouth blend inwards properly, instead of making it look like wax lips stuck on the outside of the guy's face. Also looks like the proportions are a little off-- the eyes should be in the middle of the head, equal distance from the bottom of the chin and the top of the skull, and the head itself should be five eyes wide. Keep it goin! Grab some more reference to help yourself out, and post some wires so we can help you with the mesh!

It's looking pretty good, dude. Rember to use some references.

Also, just a note on something that is probable causing you some problems. You have too many polys right now. I know it's hard to hear, but sometimes we go overboard with the poly count to try to keep everything in quads. It's going to make it hard to tweak ,change, uvmap, and animate with that many. Especially around the cheeks(under the eyes), and aroung the eyes.

Just a note, as it could cause you alot of frustration in the future.

Look'n pretty good, though. Keep at it!

EDIT: Also, the ears are too big.
