Hm, the triangular area between the neck and shoulders looks a little too deeply set in. I think you should lower those back vertices a bit(near the back of the neck), and higher the ones at the front of the neck to even it out a bit more.
I think maybe the eyes are a bit too high on the head too.

I love playing as Dhalsim in Street Fighter 2! Yoga FIRE! YOGA Flame!
Looking pretty good, the face is kind of boxy. and I think his earrings were larger.

Nicely done, I like the newly tweaked head I'm digging the skulls too, they look nice. The hands are bit box like but I'm sure you will fix them.

the feet look ok, but his neck & shoulder muscles look six times buffer than the rest of him. chin too a bit, for dhalsim at least. i would tone them down some. plus i don't know if it's intentional but his proportions look kind of like something out of final fantasy 9. the taller characters seemed to have this tall upper body but short, compressed lower body. same here. his arms & torso look relatively ok & in proportion, but his legs look short & squatty. his features in the games were always long & thin so just seems out of place. also his eyes look like they're sitting high on his face, but that could just be a matter of the view. keep it up though. as a faithful street fighter fan, i'll be keepin' an eye on this one!
