I don't think there seems to be anything wrong with the hand, except that it seems a little small for a big, brute orc :)
Try making the hands larger and rougher ;)

I like the animal's potential...two modeling projects at once eh?

It's looking good so far. Don't give up just because people don't comment. Most of the time, the people who get the most comments are the ones that have their friends reply to their threads to keep them on top of the list or so they have the most views. Even the coolest stuff gets passed over on accident...:annoyed:

I think the ear is looking fine, just perhaps you could make it a little less human-like? :)
Pull the tip out so that the ears are slightly elongated.
His animal is very cool

And I agree with Sandpiper - don't be discouraged when people don't respond to your threads. Just keep posting! Sooner or later, people will start to take notice :)

Keep going, this is going to be fun to watch!

Ok Ok!:scream:

Looking at your right viewport there, you may want to check out proportions of your general massing of the animal. Give him more bulk on his back and more curve so it has more of a intimidating look. I like the expression on the animal's face, but it seems somehow "human" to me. Not sure what about it though...

How's the dude coming? What I noticed about him was that he needed more muscular lines showing up in his arms and chest, etc. Check out some of these fine images for some reference:

Keep going!!:applause:

That doesn't look too bad
There are some seams showing though, which you need to fix, but other than that, it looks like the texturing is off to a fine start :)

For images I always use Google Image Search. You can find pics of anything through that ;)

I like the model it's somehow cute and dangerous at the same time :) . I think it all is pretty much about texturing now.

I would give him like a red eye and the texture could use some details like darker spots or even a little coloured parts.

The teeth could look wet and shiny with some red flesh maybe...

You could darken his lips.

looking forward for the result. Is it going to be animated?
