I have a jpeg file and it has lost its header file, thats what gimp keeps saying. Does anyone know of a program that can restore this image I also have a copy of this image if anyone wants to try and play with it.

where I hosted the image is kind of slow. Thanks in advance

Have you tried opening it with photoshop? If that doesn't work try a few image viewers, if any of them work either try to re-save the image from the viewer, or, if the viewer can't save, do a screen capture :)

no go bro, tried about 9 programs none would attempt to do anything with it. Most useful info I got was trying to open it in graphic converter, which yielded this:

In other words, your image is busted amigo. Sorry.

This doesnt look like an image file to me.. I see a bunch of stuff about executables, windows networking, and domain controllers... Some stuff about drivers, and install files too

I'm not sure if it even is a image, my friend said she deleted this image and 30 others and when she used a recovery program she was missing the first part, it sounds confusing to me too.

its ok if they can't come back, but it would be nice. Thanks for all the help so far
