not a bad start, it looks like Pinhead which is always a good thing, so you know that you're on the right track. ;) One thing I would do though is get rid of some of the tris in the face, especially in the mouth area. Another thing you may consider doing is adding more edgeloops around the mouth and eyes to ensure better deformation (even if you yourself have no intention of rigging, it's good practice to make sure that the topology of your model is suitable to the rigger and animator's needs).

yes i agree, definatly more edgeloops around the eyes and mouth and definatly try to get rid of all those tris..., those 2 t the top of the lip for sure, remeber to really push the sillohette, small detils like the lip crease can be definied by normal maps and textures. lookin good so far though.
