this shold be an easy one... i've got some rendered animations which i've compiled into quicktime, i've tried different compression techniques but can't get rid of image tearing/jittering during fast camera moves. there are no moving objects, just the camera, rendering with MRfM (6.5).
would using linear blur with MR basically remedy this..? and do i have to render overscan (ie. would the image edges be blurred?). does rapid motion blur work well for camera animation? the last time i used it for deformation based blur it was so buggy it was unusable. lastly, are there any issues with blur and FG disk maps?
thanks in advance :)
