Are you looking for something great to put in your reel -- a project you can really be proud of? Or are you a professional who has some spare time and would enjoy working with other talented artists on a project where your voice will be heard and appreciated? Or maybe you just need someone to set some high standards and deadlines for you to keep you challenged? Whatever the case, here's your chance to get in on a fun project just starting production.

The animated short film is titled "Tysus & Ziana," and will be approximately 5-6 minutes in length. My team is seeking concept artists, modelers, uv mappers, and texture artists. Soon we will also need character riggers, animators, rendering specialists, compositors, and more.

I am lucky to have Dan Parsons, a professional cinematographer, on board for this project. You can see his outstanding work at http://www.signaturelight.com

Here is a link to a article about an animation Dan and I did a few years ago:

As you can imagine, our work is much improved these days. We are really stepping it up to the next level.

Here is an early test render of one of our main characters:

Having you working with us could make a world of difference! If you are interested, read the project overview (http://shortfilm.horizonart.net/overview.html) and email samples of your work to the address found in the document. Please use "Short film application" as your subject line.

Thanks and never let those creative juices stop flowing!
