Ack! He doesn't strike me as a James Bond at all, as far as look. All of the previous Bond's have at least kept with the look Ian Fleming established for the character. They may as well have cast the guy from the Transporter or Colin Farrell. Bleh.

As for the Superman Advert... well, I'm pretty stoked to see the movie because Singer has contiually impressed me through out his career and I don't think it will do much (if any) injustice to the property (unlike the later Reeve Sequels and Lois and Clark).

anyway, i love the way Superman is turning out to be. i have to admit i had my reservations when i saw the first picture of the suit, but now i see i was just being a fanboy. i predict that this movie is gonna be one of the best of 2006.

In that picture yes he does. but in the trailer, he has short buzzed, dirty blonde hair. I hope they make him look like that in the picture you've posted, or they've made a huge mistake. I think i heard somewhere that jaws is going to be in this one. (more saw it on imdb)

Exactly... Brad Pitt could look like a young Marlon Brando in a photograph if you got everything setup right, but if you cast him as a young Marlon Brando (in some ficticious film) he would not pass.

Hmm..I dunno. I really hope this movie is awesome, but I'm not too sure. I thought the trailer was cool. but the shots in this commercial were a little weak. Namely, the way he crashes through that window.. Looks like a baseball went through it, not a full human at some incredible speed. Same with the wall.
But him catching the plane looked pretty cool, tho. :) I still have hope!
