Has the Sun glare been added in post? It lights also the closer surface of the trunk in the right corner. The first impression is breathtaking, but this effect makes the trunk look a bit flat. Also the man looks a bit flattened due to a similar effect. But I love the water; if it was not just a photo mapped flat onto the plane, it`s just a masterpiece. Good luck!

It is not a 3d realisation , it is a high definition photo . It is really a very great work, the realisme is incredible, I see no part not homogene which could let think of the opposite, great work

It is beautiful work but I do not understand exactly what your character is doing. He probes water or he advances his boat?

He`s probably just pushing his boat forward. Not oaring, but reaching the bottom with a long wooden rod. Quite common way of powering a boat.

Great after these improvements. Big congrats for the quality of your artwork.

I think your image is beautiful. Was your sky made in 3d? I never could acomplish a sky like that in 3d.

One think, your turntable is not what the organizers have in mind. Check the turntables of other contestants to see how it should look like.

Hello, these are the instructions:

Turntable
3D Challenge entrants are required to upload a 120-frame image sequence. The sequence must:
be 320x240 JPEGs, ~85% quality
Feature a turntable of your main model (180 degrees or 360 degrees, up to you)
GI-lit (or similar)
Untextured
ZIP the images, then post them via the Submit Turntable page. Ensure that the images are properly named (eg img0001.jpg, img0002.jpg, img0003.jpg).

And you can see in the quicktime animation almost on the top of this page how it should look like:
