Well, you haven't given much detail about this pic other than asking if its good or bad. Im not gonna say either, but instead tell you what could do to make it better.

If this is just a design concept, I'd suggest that you draw this pic bigger with more details. That way we can make out more of the costume design and make it less guesswork. Stuff like the sword on his back is obscured by his hair, so place the sword at an angle. I mean you've got so much space on HIS right side with the missing arm. Might as well do something to balance out that negative space. His pose is also off balance which is odd for someone who has a staff to lean on. One of the best ways to keep a standing-character standing straight, is to have a straight line drawn through the middle of him during the initial sketch. This acts as a guide and makes sure the pose doesn't wander too far off. But don't limit yourself to a static pose. The line could take any angle and path. I only suggest a straight line cause of the pose.

I'm not sure what you used to color with as well, its either a sketch with watercolor or a quick digital color block. You never really specified what stage this was at which makes this critiquing it hard.

All in all, dont get discouraged if no wanted to commment on this. Designing characters takes alot of practice. Don't just quickly draw something and say the design is done. I usually have a page or two of preliminary studies and poses before i even get the final lineart sketched out. The more you draw the character the more you find out whats working and not working with the designs and the pose.

Next time, tell us what stage your pic is at, if this is meant to be sketchy, will there be a followup, what you used to color it. Details like that make it easier for people to understand and critique your work properly.

And after that essay, i say good luck and keep practicing.
