hey people! I could use some help over here.. I want to test a blur effect at the screen edges of a camera, as if it was a circle with a thick outline were we have zoomed inside it and all we can see is just a few parts of it at the edges of the screen. I'd also like it to act as a motion blur effect during the movement of the camera. Using your imagination, if we could scartch upon that blur some concentric circles, I would like it to look like a doppler effect..
