First of all, sorry about the title 'cause I couldn't think of a better one and ofcourse about my bad english.

Okay, let's get down to the problem. Lets say I make a box and I apply an Edit Mesh modifier. Then I select a polygon and delete it, then... well you know, what it looks like, then. Well I accidently did that and I can't Undo it. So the question is, is it possible and if it is, then how to restore the polygon so that everything would be normal?

I'm using 3D Studio Max 5.

Well the most obvious way would be to remove the edit mesh modifier, but I guess you have some other alterations done with the modifier which you wouldn't want to loose.

What you would need to do it manually rebuild the face using the 'create' button in the face roll out.

Hi Chan,

You can also make use of 'Cap Hole' modifier, on the whole mesh, or at sub-level 'Edges'(Select first the edges, which surround the hole!) and after this, collapse the modifier, if you don't like it in the stack. It's up to you to decide.
