I'm new to this forum so I just want to start by saying hello to all of you. This seems like a really cool place. :)

Anyway, I want to get into the medium of CG animation as a writer-director and have started working on a three minute short. I've already finished the script and am currently working on the character designs and storyboards. Problem is, my experience is only in cartooning and I don't know how to animate in 3D. That's why I'm looking for someone who knows what they're doing and who could help me on this project. Unfortunately, at this time, I can't offer money but I can offer screen credit and the work on this project can be put on the animator(s) demo reel(s). I am just starting out so this is all I can offer as yet.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. 8)

Can you post a link to some sketches or source material for the characters you are trying to create (some images may draw more attention for artist who specialize in the style you're looking for)? Depending on what you intend to use to animate the short, you may need to specify a software as well, so that any models you get sent will be compatible in a final animation.

I have some experience and I use 3D Studio Max and ZBrush. I'm crunched for time but I'll see what I can do to help you out on this.

Yea, I would like to help you too, but post a storyboard, or explain whats about in your short.
