well, I watched it. Is this your final reel works?
you may want to work on your lip sync
applying as an animator to a job, you don't want to show model rotations.
Anyway, I think this right now is just a summary of your work to date correct?
Not an actual reel yet.
the guy who's walking(the tall guy with the wierd neck) seems to be pausing for a second when he steps on his right foot. Guess that's where u started the cycle. You can totally see it. his torso seems alittle stiff...
you did so much work on that guy u'r showing in maya. Use him more, animated the hell outa him. I do like that red dude, haha
use him more, give him some character. Animating a character is adding a personality to him... At least that's what i learned at school

hi tgoodes, firstly thanks for your comments, this is not my final reel,as you said, this is a summary of my school works,2 months later I will graduate so my final demo will be created to apply a job.there are rigging, modeling.animation and drawings in my demo because you have must know everything about cg to find a job in turkey, but I want to be only a character animator, when my final demo finish ı will post it...

Hi!
I totally go with tgoodes' post. You need to concentrate more on one or two of
your characters, instead of showing off all the stuff you did in the past.
but I want to be only a character animator
You already have a basis, now try to focus on that.
Good luck!
