Im pretty new to 3D modeling and have made this tyre.
Could someone give me some advice on making it better?
I want to make the tread rounder instead of flat and want to maybe add something to the face of the tyre.
Do you think I should combine everything into 1 polygon somehow? How would I do that?

I have added a link to my C4D file HERE (http://www.yourfilelink.com/get.php?fid=90141)

Not sure how to change what you already have (which is pretty darn good as it is) but this tute might help:

If you look through it far enough you'll see how you could curve the cross section before you use the duplicate tool.

just some thoughts on the design...

the tread is very small for a high performance tyre (which i am assuming it is based on the tread pattern) i think the tread block pattern should repeat itself quite that many times around the tire... and it should wrap partially around the casing

the rim.. looks like a hubcap... most wheels do not have an offset like that... even wheels for front wheel drive cars... the way you have it puts the spokes of the rim out side of the sidewalls of the tires... and the brake is too far to the outside as well...

really really good start tho

here is a good example image
for the tire and rim... (tho im not a fan of the style of these rims really)

and of the brake
