oooo that's great, which one is next?
Seriously great work! '71-72 Plymouth Roadrunner/GTX (Satellite) is one of my favorite cars and I'd like to try my hand at it but I can't find any blueprints. Did your friend find any blueprints or did he just eyeball some pictures from the web. If he eyeballed it then I've got to say he is so awesome and your render is perfect.

Awesome modeling and great render! I love it. I agree with everyone else though, you might want to change the green.

This is very cool. Its not often you see a stylized car like this. I like the body tweaks a lot. I think you could add some detail behind the front grill. Having a close up image of the front end makes you notice that it’s missing something. I would put a radiator in there and maybe even a fan with it, just for the hell of it.
Nice work overall.

Nice work mate, good caricature proportions.
Just letting you know though, there's no such thing as a Dodge Roadrunner, it's Plymouth. ;)

Wow! Just came across this one. I have seen your other Mopars and they are all excellent work.
Of course I love your Road Runner because it is my favorite car of all time (see my sig pic), so much so I modeled a 1971 GTX which is rarer than the Road Runner. Really really rare is the 1972 Road Runner with a hemi. I tend to like the '72 rear bumper better but I liked the marker lights better on the '71. I'm glad to see this model get your cartoon treatment like your others.
To answer JTD's question. I too found no blueprint references anywhere. I just eyeballed my GTX from photos from the web and ebay. It seems like the rarer the car the harder it is to find any info on it.

Yep, In-Violet Metallic. Gotta love the color combo names of the late 60's early 70's Mopars. Fun stuff back then. Sassy Grass is my avatar.
