For my semester ending project, I m making a walkthrough animation of my Home, for this i will be using vray, mray & after effect.
I have decided, to make a non-continues animation, so that i can render different rooms, diferently. This is my home exterior, as close to the real things, the base layout is done & i m only giving details now, so u can guess how the house looks like actully roughly. I m working on meter scale, & although i haven't measured my house in reality, i m working on an approx of the real world (like the gate is 3 meter wide, doors are .8 meter wide)
Here are a few renders, does it looks good, & in proportion, give me some critics on where to improve.

made in 3D Max 8, all using splines & sub-division modeling, edit poly is very good in this relese. Right now the scene is 5000 Polygons, which i know will increse as I progress, so to keep the poly count minimum, i was thinking of adding the unused small polygons to make a big polygon. Like the front wall, as shown in this pic contains 4 small polygons, is there anyway, i can select these polys & make a big poly out of it
