It's a pretty difficult case.. users want everything working for them when it's on there most only know the blue e for internet.. and windows media player to play music. And they like it this way as it is more userfriendly to have everything working from the start flash / music / internet etc..

On the other hand, most people don't know that there are better alternatives out there and because they own like 99% of the os market it is not a very healthy competitive market.

I think its a good thing if ms did not integrate allot of crap i don't need.. only average joe just want everything to work and not have to install another 10 programs to get everything working.
