Hi guys,
I have an issue. Well, I don't but my client does. The client is a "video hobbyist" and has a semi-pro video set up at home complete with NTSC monitors. He says that the text in a video I'm working on for him is jittery and unreadable. He suggested adding glow, changing the white to a duller color, etc. I'm not using an NTSC monitor, but an HD tv and Mac monitor and see no issues. Is it possible that it is an issue with his monitor? Perhaps the pixel ratio of his monitor compared to the pixel ratio of the video? The video is set up to be used on a minor league baseball screen which is square pixels.
I've never had a client with this issue. Any comments?

NTSC monitor has a lot less color and resolution then a computer monitor. I would never work on a broadcast project without one. NTSC = Never the same color :)

NTSC:
YUV colorspace
60hz
.9 rectangular pixels
interlaced

Computer monitor:
RGB colorspace
60-120hz
1:1 square pixels
progressive
