Thanks guys . I`ve started the water with a simple plane and then expand it by some commands like extrude face and and edjes .THa water is frozen and there is no any animation for .

:))thats nice! i liked that,the composition is good,but it needs some thing to blow the billboard and catch eyes! i myself think that it still neeeds more elements and objects,maybe u add them in PS,but keep this,that its not going to be a 3dstill image,this is going to be an image,which has some particular goals to catch,the graphics in billboards are the most crucial.

yeah my friend, but attention to that RATING IS A PERSONAL THING & It's not absolute that 3 is better or 5 is better, It's just my opinion, and yes this work is not perfect for all and has not a copmlexity & I think ramtin didn't spend a lot of time on this.(please correct me if i'm wrong ramtin)

But I love the style ramtin.

Thank you every body .About wire frame , yes , I `ll upload it soon . dont worry . and this is an only 3d work and not any 2D technique . just alittle color balance ! about the billboard I have to say that after installing the billboard I`ll take a photo and upload it too . ok ? and about the rating , I do rate to my work as 3 :D . he he he . I know that you knew about billboard and size of the text .
but this image can not be like original billboard in highway couse here is cgtalk .
