I am having a problem with my rig...
As i've done before (maya 6), I made the shoulder and forearm twist joints in a different layer... meaning that they are detached from the main skeleton, and parented via parent constraint. Getting their twist attributes from the animation rig, through utility nodes...
the problem is that when i rotate the shoulder for example, the geometry is left behind when i rotate it on the twist axis it decides to move according to the twist but not like the rotation...
is it a bug in Maya 7? help me please...

look at the weighting in the area around you problem, it could be a you don't have it weighted to the non twist joints and its only to your twist joints.. check that normalization is on and check a vertex to see where your weights are going.. wherever that is make sure that joint is doing what you want it to do.
