Minor update for EIAS users. Primarily offers FBX import improvements.

MotionBuilder (.fbx) Changes
Weight maps (Strength maps) are now imported with the fbx file and automatically assigned to the bones. This dramatically improves the ability of EIAS to import animated character information from the .fbx file format.

.fbx project merging into an existing (open) project file was added.

.fbx animation data import added. Animation data can be brought in just as it can be from bvh and obm files. This allows just the animation data from the .fbx file to be updated in your EIAS projects.

Basic material colors are imported with the .fbx geometry.

Local FBX scaling inheritance mode added. This allows a much greater number of .fbx file to be read in properly into EIAS. This mode is set automatically for objects that require it at import and requires no user interaction.

Progress bars have been added that are displayed during the .fbx import process.

New Shortcut Keys
The following shortcut keys can be used to navigate the hierarchy. They will change the selected objects from the currently selected to parent/child/sibling, allowing you to walk the hierarchy. You cannot walk to objects that are not part of the hierarchy (FACT model files, master materials, and the world object).

Bug Fixes
Canceling the .fbx import process no longer creates a corrupt project file.
Camera FOV and Aspect ratio are now set correctly when the .fbx file is imported.
.fbx files with no animation data now cause the stop and start frames to be set correctly.
Gell pull down menu no longer extends beyond edge of Illuminator Info window.
The Frame Increment for the light projection and camera projection maps is now a
floating point value instead of an integer.
