Hey guys. Glad you like it. Let's just hope the director does. All I got done today was a little change to the hair and eyebrows. Stupid life taking up to much of my day! Enjoy. As always, C & C are welcome.

Another update, no textures yet but I think I like the hat. Trying to stay as close to 50's style things as possible.

Looking good. I would like to see the hat stiffer. To give it that real cheap paper feel. shirt is looking NICE!

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good hand modeling tutorial, that is my biggest weakness. Thanks.
thats cool!
dont know any hand tuts, but I might be able to explain how I do it...if my techniques would be sufficent on this forum...
You could devide a finger into three boxes, starting from the tip of the finger you could either make a box or just a poly and beavel the finger out from that. Depending on the detail (I never use textures of any kind so I have to model all my wrinkles and stuff) you just add more segments inbetween the different parts of the finger. Not to nice doh, and it doesnt look like you are aiming for that kind of detail on this model?
When you are done with a finger, just copy it 3 times and set the different lenght for all the fingers then move and rotate them so that they are lined up right, note that you should rotate in the back/front viewport aswell, not only the top one. When you'we done that you start to build the fingers together, selecting the points/verticles from two neighbour fingers and adding a poly inbetween. When thats done, select all the points/verts at the top of all fingers. This is where I as a Lightwave user use "Extend", which allows you to move copied points, and automaticly build polys between the copies and originals. But copy and pase would do...
I see that this is looking rather long, dont want to **** something up with a nogood "tutorial"..sorry :D

Thanks for taking to write me out your technic. But by the time I checked back and read it, I was mostly done with the hands.
And here they are. Not 100% done with them.

Sorry for the lack of updates guys, work has been killing me. But I have tomorrow off so I hope to have the pants and shoes done tonight. Or fall asleep at my computer. Which ever comes first.
