Hi guys,

I'm skinning a character; I've painted the weights of my left arm joints.... I'd like to copy these weights on the right arm without painting again..... Exist a way in Maya to do this?

There is a Mirror Skin Weights option, this requires you to have a mirrored mesh that has the correct pivot, It also requires that the rig be mirrored correctly. The mirror skin weights in Maya has few options if the two above issues are not resolved before you bind the skin. There are several scripts available that provide better results then the built in tool that you can look for.
