Well the only bad things for me right now, are the wavy yellow lines on the road, and the water texture looks way to.. uniform. Try to find a better tileable texture for it (water).
Otherwise it's looking really nice, maybe work on the lighting somewhat?

thanks for the replies.:)
thehive: i couldn't understand what you said.did you mean that i should render all those saparately. and then composite them.....and i am not very expert on that.i will surely be looking for more advices from you.thank you.
kickflipkid687: that wavy texture is probably a nurbs glitch. I will set their tesselation higher quality so that might help.also i am using maya's built in ocean shader.so i will be changing it soon. my lighting is always week.what my scheme right now is that i am using three directional light.the main one is casting shadows and has higher intensity.the other on is at opposite direction to the main one and has little less intensity. and the third one has very little intensity and is being used just to eliminate some dark places.anyways if you could help me out it would be great. thanks for paying attention.
jet-black:the only reason the cars don't look in focus is that i wanted to make a sense of speed.for example at beginning of a shot the camera's focus is on cars but as cars are moving the camera gets a bit behind. i hope it makes sense. and it would be the best thing if someone would help me out.i will looking forward to hear from you.
thanks everyone i appreciate all the help.
