Hello Fello 3D Enthusiasts!!!
This is no WIP, yet, but hopefully it will soon be. You patience appreciated!
I have an idea to create a full Formula 1 Grand Prix Kit in various 3D formats, and I would like your opinion on the project.
This serves as a bit of market research, just to see the demand, and price that F1/3D enthusiasts will pay for such a kit. Then, be it feesible, I'll continue this thread as a proper WIP.
This is what I want to achieve with my project:</p>
Construct all 22 Formula 1 Grand Prix cars, all 11 teams, as in real life.
Each car will be modelled individually, so it will not be a single model, duplicated with different team textures for each car.
Models will be rigged for easy animation.
Textures will be supplied in Photoshop format for easy editing, as well as JPG format for low memory consumpsion.
Models will be exported to other applications such as Studio Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, FBX format and any format that I can potentially support.
There's more, but I can't think of all the features right know, this is pretty much a developing idea at present. Feel free to let me know what you would like to see in the project!
Any weblinks related to F1 research and references that can help with the project are welcome! Thanks everyone!
