Hi all.

I thought id post it here as i am sure more people will look over this thread.

I have rendered a head in max with the MISSS fast skin applyed to the head. Ive used this shader in maya and i may have come across this problem before.

Ive posted an image that shows some artifacts that are showing up. Ive turned the number of samples on the shader to 256 and i am rendering with a decent amount of rays. I do feel that this is a shader problem.

I also want more red protruding through the ears, do i need to increase the back scatter depth or radius to achieve this. If i need a scatter map where do i place it.
