Sliding feet tutorial?

I bought that little tutorial myself over at Cornucopia.
Was totally worth it and was really cheap, like 3 or 4 bucks, something like that?

I already had the saem basic ideas in my head too, but seeing that tutorial just helped to clear things up.

I recommend it to anyone.
