Hi everybody

I got an problem with scaling. I made Water with a boat, but when I wanna scale it to Y cause its half in the water it works fine, but when I play the animation it jumps back to the old position and the boat drives away...

Anyone knows what to do here?

Ok, I allready found my problem. The Pivot point was on the wrong position!
