CGTalk - rendering without XSI?

Hello guys,

Is there a way i can do rendering on another computer ???

I have lots to render, and i have a powerfull laptop.. and i wanna use it to render. Do i have to install XSI ? or can i simply install the batch render and do it?

i hope u understand my question? i render my work using the xsi batch render....

i will really appreciate your help.

you must have the same ment ray on each computer,
you computer must on the net.

edit user tools/.ray3hosts,write each computer ip
for example:
192.168.0.1
192.168.0.2
192.168.0.3
....
edit user tools/setenv.bat ,write you computer names,
for example:
set SPM_HOST=aa;bb;cc;%SPM_HOST%
